Our background

Together, Jon and Claire have built a substantial portfolio of properties within the UK. Buying property together since 2014, consistently investing over 50% of their income into real estate using their corporate expat salaries.

In 2020, after 10 years in Dubai, their second child was born and the decision was made to leave their corporate positions to explore a life of financial independence.

Now, they spend their time between the UK and France, managing Cerise Properties Ltd and their other companies, whilst having the freedom to spend time with their children as and when they desire.
