We used Cerise Properties earlier this year to buy our first investment property in Greater Manchester.
Jon guided us every step of the way during the process and explained clearly what to expect at each stage. He was able to source us everything we needed to buy and renovate the property, including local solicitors, builders, insurance brokers, bridging lenders, letting agents and mortgage advisors. He also project-managed the renovation for us as we do not live locally so were unable to visit the property.
The renovation was completed quickly and allowed us to have tenants in place within 6 weeks of taking ownership of the property. We are all set up to have the refinance in place within 3-4 months of taking ownership, so everything has gone ahead within the promised time-frames. Jon has been proactively helping in the background throughout the whole process and has been supportive all the way. He was always easy to get hold of and was always happy to give helpful advice whenever we came across something unfamiliar.
